Where the rubber meets the road…or more specifically, where the paper design becomes real and tangible.
Home Owner Preparation - Clear the way - here we come.
Demolition & Dumpster’s - A dumpster will take up residence for a while. We will demolish as necessary and use the dumpster(s) throughout the process.
Excavations / Foundations - If your project consists of more than just interior work, our excavators will dig and prepare for the foundations.
Framing, Windows and Roofing - This process moves along pretty quickly. Once the framing is up, the windows will be inserted and the roofing material installed. At this point, the addition will be weather tight.
Rougn-ins - Our mechanical, plumbing and electrical contractors will now fill the walls with all the necessary pipes, ducts and electrical lines.
Insulation & Drywall - Your house will become extra cozy, as we install insulation and hang drywall. At this stage, you will be able to actually feel the space and envision it being completed.
Flooring - You chose it, we install it.
Millwork, Counters & Paint - It’s starting to come together now!!!
Final Mechanical/Plumbing/Electrical - Fixtures and vents are installed.
Final Touches - Final painting, touch-ups, cleaning, landscaping and inspections by Tri-M will take place. Once we (and you) are satisfied, we call in for our final inspection for your Certificate of Occupancy. YAY!!! We are now complete and out of your home…unless of course you want to invite us back for the grand opening!!
