Over the past thirty years Tom McHale has built over 2,500 dwelling units consisting of single family homes, multi family homes, commercial buildings and full building conversions into commercial and residential space.

Tri-M was conceived as a project management company to complement the skills and experience of Scott Miller, a successful designer and founding partner of Miller Purdy Architects.  He designed the structures, who better to help you build?  Mix in 28 years of construction management experience you have a firm which can see any residential or commercial project through from design through construction.


Once the project management experience was under our belts, we realized we could help our clients even more by stepping it up a notch to become the General Contractor.  Today, we provide both project management (essentially the owner’s representative) and general contractor expertise.  We have the best in the business sub-contract for us.  This provides our clients the reassurance of having Tri-M as their eyes and ears, as well as, ensuring the very best subcontractors and price possible.


We take this one step further by partnering with other top notch GC’s in the business to provide our clients with every imaginable price option and scheduling flexibility.  Whether Tri-M provides the full design / build package, or we work with our trusted (and talented) GC’s, our clients are getting the most cutting edge and cost effective design / build team available.
